Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Cash plus

I have been with cash plus for a number of years, and started with them when others would not accept me. They have always been helpful with their products and services and now they are a bank I can see them improving year on year. Long last cash plus Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

CashPlus: Adapting Future Technology With Banking

I have been banking with CashPlus for about 7 on and off, they have made life easier than a normal everyday standard BANK with their procedure's policy's and regulations, which still meet the high standards any financial company would be expected to meet. The customer service is excellent and I have never waited for more than 2 minutes at the longest to speak to an agent. Ever time i had a problem it was resovled within the same call, no call backs or chase email chase ups just people doing their best to solve the issue at hand. Credit where credit is due! Eleven Years Positive Experience

I wanted to use a pre-loaded card for internet purchases as a safe way of carrying out financial actions on-line. Since then I have found the service totally reliable and when I have wanted to speak to customer services they have been accessible and helpful. My only regret recently is that I can no longer directly access my account via my PC but have to use a SmartPhone app. This would probably not be an issue with most users.
