Zempler Bank offer two personal current accounts – the Freedom account and the Activeplus account.

The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

Customer focus

Any time I have needed to contact Cashplus I have always been treated with respect and had my query dealt with in a courteous and professional manner. I have also been kept up to date with anything that may affect my account. Reviewed on: 13th March 2021

Would recommend

Been with cash plus for several years now and never had any issues. Customer service team always helped with any queries I have had and always professional and friendly. Reviewed on: 13th March 2021

Ripped me off

Told me I’d applied for a product I never did, told the ombudsman I’d agreed to everything and he emails which I never had, now I’ve got a default on my credit file for something I never signed up for and had to pay off so I’ve just lost money for no reason, wouldn’t touch them ever again.
