Easy to Access and Work with Zopa

The app is intuitive and easy to use and pretty much meets all my needs. On the rare occasion that I have needed to contact customer services (and that has been very rare due to the quality of the on-line “offer”) the responses have been timely and my questions have been answered and matters have been resolved. Best savings product experience from start to finish.

Best savings product experience from start to finish. I actually opened two savings accounts at the same time - Zopa's smart ISA and a competitor's. The differences were unbelievable - zopa was quick, communicated clearly, easy to follow. I love the app, it's very clear and easy to use.
