Easy to Access and Work with Zopa

The app is intuitive and easy to use and pretty much meets all my needs. On the rare occasion that I have needed to contact customer services (and that has been very rare due to the quality of the on-line “offer”) the responses have been timely and my questions have been answered and matters have been resolved. Best savings product experience from start to finish. I actually opened two savings accounts at the same time - Zopa's smart ISA and a competitor's. The differences were unbelievable - zopa was quick, communicated clearly, easy to follow. I love the app, it's very clear and easy to use.
