Cautious at first

So easy to get things done

So easy to open the account. The app is great to use. No problems or issues selecting , opening or funding a preferred account. Highly competetive rates. Can't really comment on customer service - never needed to use it. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

I was already a savings customer of Zopa so when they offered the chance to open a cash isa at a very competitive rate I was more than happy to do so knowing that my savings would be safe and secure and would grow. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Good interest rates, fantastic app and flexibility

Extremely easy to use the Zopa suite of saving options available; ISA's, smart savings and so on. Lots of options and flexibility available. My daughter who is a keen saver likes to split savings across many different bucket accounts she has set up, I like a simpler approach, the point is you set up accounts to suit you, not what the bank wants you to set up. App is simplicity itself to use and very quick and easy to transfer money in and out of different Zopa accounts. Good rates of interest which is very high priority for me while they're around! Easy and rewarding, how it should be

First I came to Zopa for the competitive savings rates however since arriving, they have proven to be very good at other things. Transfers are quick, the app is straightforward to use and the range of products is expanding…with yet more competitive rates. I feel rewarded for loyalty which is a rare feeling to have.
