I wasn't sure which car I wanted and Daniel Ross was so understanding and patient with me, he gave me some time to think about which car I wanted to buy and he gave me a call the next day to find out if I had made a decision, he was so quick with all the paper work and it was all done within a day.I'm very happy with the service I got will definitely recommend it to friends and family. If i could give a minus 10 i would for sure.Utter shambles of a company. A complaint was raised ref P44 KUP vehicle weeks and weeks ago. Jack and Louis have both been promising for weeks to call and keep us updated, guess what they never do!! Apparently its been passed to the Complaints dept approx 2 weeks ago - guess what they have not made contact either. This vehicle has now not been "fit for purpose" for weeks and no one at Zuto gives a damn. You have to be the worst company ever to deal with. Solicitor has now been contacted and the Financial Ombudsman is next on the list. Reviewed on: 29th August 2025
