If i could give a minus 10 i would for sure. BE WARNED

If i could give a minus 10 i would for sure.Utter shambles of a company. A complaint was raised ref P44 KUP vehicle weeks and weeks ago. Jack and Louis have both been promising for weeks to call and keep us updated, guess what they never do!! Apparently its been passed to the Complaints dept approx 2 weeks ago - guess what they have not made contact either. This vehicle has now not been "fit for purpose" for weeks and no one at Zuto gives a damn. You have to be the worst company ever to deal with. Solicitor has now been contacted and the Financial Ombudsman is next on the list. Reviewed on: 29th August 2025

Very responsive but internal communication is clearly an issue. Zuto presented incorrect figures which caused problems negotiating with the dealer. It could have blown the deal, but luckily it was quickly resolved and clarified after several back and forths. Reviewed on: 27th August 2025

This is the first time I have ever had finance for a car so i was nervous but speaking to Samantha Verdon, made me feel at easy and the way Samantha explained everything once I made her aware I was autistic was a service I’ve never received before absolutely a credit to the company the way Samantha helped me with everything.
