118 has been brilliant with me. They first offered me a credit card which was a straight forward application and recently they offered me Al personal load....again straight forward. I have had no problems or issues with 118. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Up until now, whenever I reached out to address my concerns, the representatives were responsive and assured me they would take the necessary steps to resolve the issue at hand.
