Can't recommend 118 118 highly enough

From loans to credit cards, it's a very simple and efficient service. You can see exactly what you owe. I've only needed to contact Customer Services once and they were great. Once you're an established customer, you get great offers without a laborious application process. You get reminders when your payments are due and they offer assistance if you're struggling.
