Easy and sufficient, I can’t fault them

This is my second time having a 118 loan, both times were very easy to apply and quick approval. Payment plans are easy to meet and it’s great having the extra reminders from them days before the money so due to go out. It’s brilliant to have the app to keep track of my payment plan. Quick, simple. I have a card and loan from them. Both are easy to use, apply for and my loan arrived quickly. 118's app is well layed out, reliable and good looking. It keeps me up to date with spending and balances and I can access all of my products from the same location. It also keeps me informed of offers and promotions that they are running.
