118 - to never paying Late.

I got a Loan with 118 when I was really struggling. They’ve been nothing short of fantastic to be honest, never had a problem with them. I changed a payment date and they were absolutely fine with it. They send me reminders when my payment is due out which allows me to keep a Better track of it and keep an eye on my spending. I can’t really comment on the customer service as I’ve never spoken to a representative but I can imagine if their service is as good as their app communication then they’re fine. I would actually get another loan out if necessary in future as I’ve had no problems with 118 myself. I think the only downfall was being offered more money as most people use Loans to pay things off and being offered extra money throughout your loan term can be detrimental.
