I have been with this company several times throughout the years for car insurance and have always received top quality service. When you’re juggling lots of jobs it’s great to be able to sort out something like car insurance in a matter of minutes. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Worst ever car insurance company

This is the worst car insurance company ever. Suggesting this company only to my enemies. They make changes to your car insurance 14 days after you have taken out the insurance, charge you for them, then don't answer your e-mails, long phone waiting queues, don't call you back when said they would, don't talk to the driver, cancellation fees are written £50, but they want to charge you £145, basically, making it impossible to cancel it, customer service is horrible, no way to do anything online, just waiting till the policy finishes and NEVER again with this company. If you think it's cheaper than others, think twice, they will make some changes and will charge you more than more expensive companies, you will fall in a trap. Disgusting

Took insurance out with them 2 months later asking me for £289.85 because on their system it says i had my license in 2010 when i clearly told them and sent them my driving lice se pictures i was passed in 2012 spoke to someone and she was rude didnt want to help and clearly said to me its not up for discussion and when i want to cancel my insurance they only giving me half the money back and its only been 2 months only went with them as they had alot of extras you can add on your policy now my insurance is costing me way more avoid this insurance company Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Avoid at all cost

Just had my policy canceled with this lot because the computer has when I got my license wrong as it was originally Irish. They are charging me 75 pound for them canceling my policy!! Even though my details are correct!! Avoid at all cost total cowboys Edit they are now trying to charge me 111 pounds for them cancelling my insurance. Needless to say ill be reporting them to trading standards as this is basically theft. Reviewed on: 5th October 2021

Was great until renewal

Coudnt fault 1st central when I first took out my policy. Coming to renew it though,the price was alot higher. Managed too find a renewal with someone else for the 1/3 off there price. But overall I coudnt fault them when I had a policy with them Reviewed on: 10th September 2021

Do not use!

This company is terrible. The customer service is shockingly bad as they have no idea about there own product. Extremely expensive admin costs if the policy ever needs changing or up grading. And communication is non existant. Reviewed on: 8th September 2021
