Having lost my job i was worried -amazing help

Having lost my job I was worried about the monthly payments it is both unexpected and unavoidable but something I hope to remedy very quickly. I would like to take the time to write about the end to end service I received from Louise Whitman and to thank her and Chorley from the bottom of my heart as this takes away such a burden that would have only continued to build and build. Excellent customer support

I really do feel like a valued member of The Chorley

After having a call today with Mark.R ok a bit of a fact finding mission he answered every question in terms I understood and was so helpful in explaining all my options. We are currently on a self build mortgage, and have been for a long time now - today’s phone call was the most helpful and beneficial conversation I’ve had during the whole process. I really do feel like a valued member of The Chorley and after the call today wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their services and am more than likely to stay with them when we switch to a residential mortgage - especially if we get to speak to mark again! Exceptional Service

Our fixed mortgage term was about to end and it was time to pick a new mortgage product. From start to finish the process is really simple and the standard of service is exceptional. I have been a happy customer with Chorley for a number of years and I cannot fault the service. They offer amazing guidance that helps you make your own decision about what is best for you. I think the biggest and most important thing to say is Chorley really care and genuinely want the best for you. I used Chorley Building Society for my mortgage and the whole process was made as easy as possible thanks to them. Each member of their team I dealt with was informative and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. Whilst the process of my mortgage was quite complicated and long winded due to the nature of my situation, the team at Chorley Building society made it as simple as possible which was excellent and I would definitely recommend them!
