It took Mark literally seconds to solve a problem that was, for me, becoming a real headache

I was having trouble with my earnings being paid to coincide with DD due dates. Mark simply moved the DD date giving me leeway between the 2 events and explaining that being in the correct month, I wasn’t falling behind Reviewed on: 11th December 2023

Amazing Support form the Chorley staff.....

Chorely staff have been reaching out to suppport our transition from a lowerinterest rate mortgage deal, to much higher inteest rate adjustment for over three months. They have been so supportive and helpful. At the last minute we wanted to pivot to a different product, and Mark was amazing tuning round the fastest ever mortgage offer and confirmation in the hirstoy of the organisation! Best Mortgage Provider

The Chorley Building Society gave us a mortgage when no one else would - because they actually looked at our circumstances, rather than relying solely on machines to say yes or no. We have been with them for 8 years, have never missed a payment and they have been unbelievably helpful throughout the time we've been with them. Recently had to opportunity to reduce our mortgage and they went out of their way to pursue the most cost-effective option for us. Can't recommend them highly enough. Bespoke and exceptional service.

During the last five years, that we have dealt with the Chorley & District building society. The whole experience has been both professional and efficient. We would strongly recommend them to anyone requiring an individual approach to their financial requirements. Great service

My experience with Chorley has been fantastic. When applying for a debt consolidation mortgage the underwriting process was great. The underwriter looked at the bigger picture and I was able to explain my situation fully. I can honestly say that this mortgage changed my life and I will always be grateful to Chorley for this. Once the mortgage was agreed, the admin team always responded promptly to any questions I had and I was made to feel like a valued customer and not just a number. Reviewed on: 25th September 2023
