A Unique Building Society

When I first experienced Chorley Building Society I was blown away by the personal care and attention. I don't know of any other bank/Building society that provides chairs for customers to sit on as they speak with tellers. All staff members are kind, courteous and helpful. A Dozen Decisions

I have 12 Building Society accounts one of which is Chorley. Unfortunately it offers one of the lower interest rates within this group of 12 societies. I currently have £85k deposited but am reluctant to invest up to the increased limit of £120k because of this. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Always friendly and helpful when I have a query
