Standing order form needs some work

Even without Confirmation of Payee (CoP), I thought the form lacked clarity. I wanted to set up an order for a regular saver account, but there was no provision to specify the number of payments to be made. With CoP it might be worth revisiting the form, perhaps with details on the back exactly what is required to set up a standing on line. Otherwise great experience, as always. I am very happy with Chorley BS. No complaints. Suggestion: to save paper I would drop sending information in cardboard folder and re-format FSCS information to fit on one sheet of paper. It would also save you money! Reviewed on: 7th July 2020
