It is always a pleasant visit to the heyland branch. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. I belong to another B/S but there is no comparison with the service. Reviewed on: 6th September 2019

Well informed, professional, friendly staff. Ability to phone directly to a branch (how it should be everywhere). Lovely to have seating and low counters. Would like passbook covers. Passbooks are another plus. Reviewed on: 29th August 2019
