You can talk to a human. You're made to feel welcome in branch. Other banks and building societies keep trying to do everything online ultimately lost the personal touch. Well done for not forcing that trend. Reviewed on: 6th December 2024

It has very competitive rates. It has very friendly, polite and helpful staff. It also is very easy to visit. Not aware of any chairs to sit-on whilst waiting in branch though. An abundance of information is provided and is relatively easy to understand. It also was an excellent selection of savings products to suit most people. Reviewed on: 1st December 2024

You can get through to a human being. While the mistake of putting us into the default fixed rate bond was wrong, Julie quickly resolved it and wrote first class with the corrected information. Reviewed on: 15th November 2024

Staff very helpful on phone and in branch. It wasn't necessary to make an appointment to open an account. My only slight criticism is I would have liked more privacy whilst discussing and opening my account. Reviewed on: 15th November 2024
