Decided to sign up to online with the Chorley because of lock down. It was very straight forward and easy to understand considering doing online banking is new to me. I was sent an ID number through the post and went into my Chorley accounts but I couldn’t see a log out notice which the letter accompanying my ID number said to do but it would log me out after 5 minutes automatically if I wasn’t using the inline service. I found this to be a long time to wait and would have thought probably a couple of minutes would have been enough wait. I rang the next day and spoke to a lovely lady Called Joyce Haywood who was working from home because of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, she was very helpful and asked if there was a menu option which there was so I clicked on it and low and behold was the option to log off. So I feel much happier now that I can log straight out. Thanks for your help Joyce. Reviewed on: 5th June 2020

Helpful and informative branch staff

I have always found the staff very helpful and informative and knowledgable with any questions that I have asked of them . I have always found them to be polite in manner. I am kept informed of changing or new accounts as they arise. I like the personal contact of branch staff but also recognise that online information is also advantageous to some as well.
