A phone call from Georgina was much appreciated. However, the letter received with the passbook says that you 'would like' to thank me for opening the account, so why don't you do so! Saying you 'would like' to do something is not the same as actually doing it. The wording needs revising. It would have been nice to get a plastic card pocket to keep the passbook in. Fortunately I have a spare one from another society that I can use. I like the fact that you can phone and easily speak to a real person without having to press this for... etc, etc !
