Efficient yet friendly counter service.

Efficient yet friendly counter service. I have been using the Chorley and District BS for a long time now and I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen. I wanted a pass book account for my Granddaughtet as an introduction to savings. She now has the experience of walking into a physical space and can speak to the staff herself. She can see from her pass book how much she has saved and interest accrued. She loves going ito deposit her pocket money. It is so much more personal and friendly than other financial institutions and I have never had to wait in a queue when I have telephoned! A fantastic high street service.
