NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

Timing chain started rattling on my car 100 miles from home. I phoned for recovery to tell them that I needed recovering home. I was then told because my car could move forwards and backwards then they would not cover the recovery even though this would do further damage to the car! I then told them it must be a faulty part as it had been replace 4 weeks previous and done 500 miles and was told because this must be faulty workmanship by BMW then they again would not recover the vehicle. Seriously GO ELSEWHERE for your breakdown recovery! They do not have your back, they don't want to help and they DO add in every term and condition possible to get out of doing a recovery! Seriously this is not fit for purpose! Reviewed on: 1st July 2023
