Deal badly with claims. They are not able to pay out on valid claims and make it very hard to deal with. Avoid them at all cost. Reviewed on: 1st July 2025

Been with the company since 1995. Had 2 claims in early days, handled efficiently and without fuss. No claims since, I have 2 boats all queries and processes dealt with efficiently. Cover provided for me even though one of my boats is outside normal cruising areas. Very happy! Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
