Allow your customers to speak to someone?

Since the takeover, it has become more difficult to speak to someone by phone, and the online process would not allow me to discuss my queries despite several attempts. However, once I did manage to speak to someone, that individual was helpful, efficient and resolved matters in minutes Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
