Quick and easy claims process

Thumbs up from a first time barge owner

As a first time barge owner, I feel it is very important to have comprehensive insurance to cover all bases. Recommended by another insurer, GJW Direct explained details very well, asked other relevant questions and were very polite. Emails and documents were sent quickly. One drawback was the long call wait time which could be improved but I'm otherwise very happy with the experience. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025
