Policies are well defined with no hidden surprises. Cover and associated excess are clear and easily understood. Compared to other major insurers, GJW policies are far more comprehensive and provide better cover. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

Insuring my narrowboat over the last 5 years has been easy; the website is clear, I can talk to someone if I need to, the contents cover and RCR are great benefits and the price at each renewal is fair. Thankfully I haven't had any problems requiring help but the 24hr call line is reassuring. Reviewed on: 13th July 2025

I have obtained insurance from GJW for my barge, moored in France since 2007. Since then Insurance Premiums have remained the same or as happened this renewal have decreased. Reviewed on: 13th July 2025
