Monument is an extremely easy app to use and is set out in a way that is easy to navigate. Correspondence regarding interest rate changes are forthcoming and a good amount of time before the event should you wish to move your money. Withdrawals and interest payments are instant too! An app that is simple to understand and user friendly. Fast response from a real person if you have a question rather than a useless "bot. Excellent straightforward banking. I’ve found the app to be 5* very user friendly . Text alerts when you send or receive money is another very useful feature provided by Monument.
