First off, process if getting loans is smooth as it really can be. Plata seems to be looking at customers it very much different manners than other lenders especially APR( even for the one with not great credit score) . After getting into financial hard times due unexpected expenses , they were very helpful on the online chat and come out with the solution seamlessly. It was a great to know that on the other side of the screen it was just a human as me and understood my situation. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

Easy process, APR higher than other companies. Had to get an alternative loan, and make a resettlement fee. Otherwise would of continue for duration of the loan. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

I need a loan for a emergency situation and I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness and how efficient the staff were. I felt the process was very easy and I really felt comfortable talking to the staff. I didn't feel like I was being interrogated,I felt supported and helped.
