Plata have been extremely accommodating for myself after taking a long with them i was diagnosed with a brain tumor resulting in my ability to work for 2 months while seeking treatment reducing they have supported me through this and I am not back on track with payments being made 4 weekly when I recieve my wages. Very quick and easy to manage online. I’d received a new bank card and failed to update my account, they called me and made sure it was resolved before I missed a payment. My one complaint would be I can’t change my monthly payment to overpay more easily Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
