Simple, faff-free process from application to managing your loan in the self-service portal. It just works! Highly recommend. Plata has the best electronic banking system. It's easy to access your account, easy to navigate, and very quick customer service. It's easy to have oversite of your payments and keep on top of payments. I would very much recommend Plata to family and friends. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Excellent customer service. Errors are immediately flagged and rectified. Customer care calls you back, not issue is too big and always dealt with by the person you speak to.
