Everything regarding the application was straight forward and easy to understand. I’ve had easy access to my portal which has information on everything to do with your account that you’d need to know or want. any issues I’ve come across throughout the duration of my loan, I’ve made a quick and easy phone call to Plata and it’s been resolved there and then.
