Best offer by a distance made it easy to choose

I went with Abound because they provided the best quote at the time, by some distance, making my decision easy. The only reason why I put 'Good' for customer service is when I did have an issue, which I needed support with I contacted via two means but the system failed to recognise that and I had to speak to two staff about the same issue.
