Amazing community bank and customer service

I have had a great experience with acorn community bank. Being a single mum it has helped me out when I've got stuck with finance. They have helped me with saving some money each time too. Also they are extremely helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 5th July 2025

Acorn community bank is a great. Their app is very east to use, quick decisions and great savings pots. It's easy to use check your accounts and see your savings grow. Acorn have really helped in times of hardship as well as treats for our family. It helped pay for my dad funeral, it’s helped with family holidays I am forever grateful of their really responsible and friendly lending as well as the saving!! Great experience with Acorn.

Great experience with Acorn. Have a locked savings with them so I can’t transfer out at all times which keeps me ontop of keeping savings. Loans are great as they take the repayments from my child benefit. Overall great experience! Reviewed on: 4th July 2025
