Happy to be considered a friend

I was recommended the bank by a friend and decided to apply, it was so easy to be come a customer. I feel valued and informed in a way I haven't felt with other banks. Setting up my savings account was easier and I was also told about benefits I didn't know about. There were no hidden extras and I receive the right amount of contact. Very happy.
