I messed up inputting some details (understandable that's my fault ) after realising this i rang and informed them of the mistake and in all fairness they altered my mistake and made it correct with this came a discount what reduced the insurance by 900 after speaking to there adviser we spoke about how I have been over paying for the last 9 months of my policy .was told ill have a phone call back within 72 hours ,in the end I have called them with 30 mins left on the 72 hour they have they denied that any other money isn't refundable but anyone with basic maths and basic accsess to Google can see the blatant error and the amount to be refunded but they are refusing will be taking it further if not resolved Read more Read less
