Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral is amazing!

I’ve been with them for 2 years now and there is so many benefits to staying with them. You get rewards from using retailers which you can then use to take money of your premiums. I was going to leave at the end of my first year and they matched the other company to keep me on board and their customer service is lovely! Would defo recommend! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Friendly and helpful
