Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

An Added Admiral Journey

Informative online portal , Easy to navigate, Competitive and Clear on policies. From my experience, no other provider makes answering questions and queries more direct , succinct and friendly, through either the online portal or on a call. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Never disappointed!

I’ve been with admiral for a few years now, and they’ve never disappointed! They have handled my claims perfectly and when I rang up to leave last year they did everything they could to bring my premium down - I was very impressed with how they dealt with this and the discounts they could provide so I stayed!
