Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Stress free insurance

Always had the cheapest quote from admiral and when I needed to contact it was stress free. It was also a nice surprise getting money back during covid for working for NHS ambulance service! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Good Insurer

I'll be honest I joined Admiral because they where cheap. I've stayed with them since as I've always found the staff friendly, The responses quick and the IT infrastructure good. While I haven't had to make a claim queries have been dealt well efficiently and effectively. The one time I was in a hit (not a claim but I was away from my car) The staff where sympathetic and kind. I can't see any reason why a claim would be different. Prices have been reasonable for a good few years and are normally at the lower end for my car. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
