Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fantastic company - worth taking out a policy!

I have been a loyal customer with admiral for the last few years and have insured a number of cars within the family household. Always received great customer service whenever I have called regarding any queries I have had and have always had my issues resolved quickly. Over the years I have taken out car insurance policies with other companies and so far I have found that Admiral have been one of the best in regards to what is included in my policy and the customer received I have experience. They always ensure to give me the best quotes when it’s time to renew and ensure my policy includes all the essentials I need.
