Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Always willing to go the extra mile

When I had an accident they were quick to to resolve and provide a courtesy csr. When it comes to renewal they are always willing to beat the renewal if not by price by providing another add on at no extra cost Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great and reliable car insurance

I’ve been with admiral for years now. Before when I had insurance then added a car to my policy they didn’t charge me any extra for a multi car policy. They are very fair, very reliable and a cheap insurer as well! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
