Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Brilliant at every stage

From setting up the policy, making changes or asking queries customer service is outstanding. Sadly we had to claim when our car was stolen and the service was brilliant and from what could have been a lot of stress Admiral took the stress out of it. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great price, great service
