Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Reliable and helpful

Customer service has always been helpful when I’ve needed advice. They are also reliable as they know how to help and I haven’t had a problem with them unlike a different company who made a mistake when creating my insurance policy. Fantastic insurance company

I have been with Admiral for 8 years and have always been pleased with the price of their car insurance and the professionalism of staff when calling.
