Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great Customer Service

Whenever I have spoken to Customer service, always a great help, with good advice. A big relief when you have had an accident, having someone who can explain the next steps clearly takes a load off. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Trustworthy Company

I was delighted to receive a partial refund of my car insurance during lockdown. Admiral realised that cars were nit being used much at that time and passed savings on to customers. I haven't heard of any other insurer doing that. This plus competitive prices has ensured that I renew with Admiral. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Excellent, efficient service

I have been with Admiral for many years. Everything is so easy!! Even when you need to change something or query something you speak to an actual human! What I also love is that the renewal prices are amazing too … some years are less some years are a bit more but inflation happens so that’s fine I’m comfortable renewing with them as I know they are not ripping me off .. they look after there existing client base not just new ones !!
