Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Reliable and cheap

Cheapest insurers around for a new driver and black box was fitted around my life and work. Easy to book an appointment and no issues when taking out insurance. Overall amazing insurer for a first time driver. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great service all round

They offer affordable quotes and stick to their value. They offer easy to use questions when creating the insurance and it’s a relatively quick but very straight forward process.
