Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

No issues so far, fair price

I have been with Admiral for over a year now. Haven't had to claim any insurance. However price is one of the best on the market and I have always had great communication from them. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 16th August 2020

Customer service 10 out of 10

Even though i shop around every year for the best price possible, I have stayed with Admiral for several years. I put this down to their competitive priceing and the staff having excellent customer skills, they are always polite and very helpfull. Reviewed on: 15th August 2020

Love Admiral

Amazing insurance company
