Great customer service

I've had insurance with Admiral for a few years. When it is time for renewal, one quick phone call & the excellent representatives always give me a competitive pric; and loyalty does seem to be rewarded. If only other insurers thought the same as Admiral! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Brilliant insurance company

I've been a loyal customer with Admiral for 5 years now and they've been absolutely brilliant. I even have the multi car policy. And to be refunded £25 for each vehicle due to Covid-19 was a lovely gesture. Thank you Admiral please continue the great work! Reviewed on: 5th August 2020

The best down to earth insurance company I have delt with.

I have found admiral the best down to earth insurance company for the following and more. 1. The value current customers as much as new customers. 2. They are competent and handle any request with relative ease. No nonsense. Good advice at 3. Will aim to beat most quotes but not cheap out at the expense of quality cover that will be of use if needed. 4. Not gready and actually reward loyalty and good driving no claims etc. 5. Offer a good range of insurance types that can be all taken in one easy to manage payment. Reviewed on: 5th August 2020

excellent service

Never had to make a claim but was impressed with Admiral from first contact. I had bought a new car and although it was just a Renault Clio, it was a new model and insurers weren't clear what to charge, including my own insurer. A comparison website only offered 2 possibilities, with Admiral being by far the cheapest. I rang Admiral and their adviser was clear, competent and took me step by step through the policy. My insurance price has remained constant. When I've asked for advice it has been excellent. Added to that a reduction of £25 because of Covid 19. Well done Admiral. Thank you.
