Excellent customer service very knowledgeable staff

I have a multi insurance policy with Admiral 2 x cars and the house insurance in one. I have always found the staff and customer service to be excellent with well priced policies with a good level of cover shame they don't do combined pet insurance. Reviewed on: 4th August 2020

Putting customers first

Just what you need from an insurance company

I haven't had to claim so I can't speak for that aspect but as far as amending your details goes everything is pretty straightforward. Most things can be done through the app so you don't have to sit on the phone for hours. No issues so far. Reviewed on: 4th August 2020

Great company even got a £50 refund due to Covid19

It was a seamless process got multi cover for 2 cars cheaper than my old insurance which would not do multi cover. I did it all online in about 15 minutes Reviewed on: 4th August 2020
