Better late than never

While waiting in a socially distanced queue a man told me he had received a refund from Admiral on the two cars he has insured. At my renewal I checked with the company I have been a loyal customer of for years and they said they had no plans to make any refunds. Added to that is the fact that Admirals quotation was about £200 per year less than the company I was with. Glad I went with Admiral even though I should have switched sooner but better late than never. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

The customer service team are always so patient , they take their time so that I understand exactly what I’m paying for, what I need, and listen to what I want. They always find me a great price that I’m happy with, and the family love the two car discount deal. Reasonable and Reliable

Monthly costs are very reasonable. I work within a community nursing team for the NHS. Admiral assured me that I would be covered with a courtesy car and other bonues which was a necessity for me especially during Covid 19 when our service was most needed.
