Straight forward and customer focused

Never had any issues with admiral always straight forward and easy service especially with the online portal they have to make changes easier(also cheaper) it was a real eye opened for me during the covid pandemic hearing so much what admiral have done for their policy holders, such as a £25 per vehicle refund and also helping key workers stay mobile during lockdown. Very happy with car insurance. There are 4 cars in household. I'm the only car to get the green card in the post & received £25 rebate. Parents & brother very jealous & will probably can to Adrimal when they renew Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

I have been an admiral customer for about 5 months now and it is the best car insurer I have had to date. The customer service is great and they keep regular contact with you to let know of any updates, the customer service on the telephone is great too. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
