Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good price but really poor service

Moved my 6 car policy to them and after a week the website stopped allowing me to make changes to my policy. Reported by phone, email and letter of complaint over 20 times - spent hours and hours trying to get it sorted - a month later still not working and no one seems to care. Regret moving. I had an accident that wasn’t my fault last year. Admiral were amazing. Sorted payment. Hire car and getting me back on the road in a matter of days. And then gave me a big discount when I renewed. Best car insurer by far. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
