Excellant service. Good value. Courteous , polite and helpful staff

I insured my car with Admiral as it offered a competitive quote. After many years of being claim free, I had a minor my fault accident which was settled by a helpful customer service dept without making any major changes to my policy or premium. Because of the virus restrictions I have used my car less than anticipated and without asking I received a small rebate on my premium. I will be renewing my cover next year. No hassle no fuss

Customer service is fantastic! Always there, no waiting on hold. I always dread the renewal but with Admiral very easy and straight forward renewal for me always getting the best quote from the friendly and very helpful staff. I can not fault this company at all! Efficient, competitive and flexible

We needed to add our children (young adults) onto our policy because they had to move in with us during lockdown. We were delighted with the very small additional charge as a lot of firms were taking advantage of the circumstances. Furthermore we received a £25.00 payment directly into our account as Admiral recognised the fact that there were fewer cars on the road and there would therefore be few claims and decided to pass the benefits onto their customers - well done Admiral!
